What restrictions currently exist relating to the percentage of programmes made in Britain which must be shown by television and cable companies in the United Kingdom; what quotas currently exist for use of British programming by satellite, cable and terrestrial channels; and what is DNH policy on right to reply. - Will write to HonMember and place copy of letter in Libraries of House.
