In how many of the total number of unemployment benefit claims in 1993-94 and in each of the five preceding years benefit was (a) suspended, (b) suspended but subsequently reinstated by the adjudication officer and (c) suspended but reinstated on appeal. - Including text of letter from M.E.G. Fogden of Employment Service Agency.
