- What additional resources are to be made available to local authorities in Wales to undertake responsibilities which have been passed over to them from the Welsh Development Agency. (Failed OPQ). - Have issued £650,000 of additional credit approvals in 1994-95 and will be providing £1.4m. in 1995-96.
