- Whether HMG consider that the actions of the Economic States of West Africa Monitoring Group (ECOMOG) forces in Liberia are in keeping with the Geneva Conventions; what reports the UN Secretary-General has received from the special representative following his visit there & whether they will place copies in the Library; & what new initiatives are envisaged to limit conflict & bring about peace in Liberia. - Inc fact that a copy of the UN Secretary-Generals report will be placed in Library.
