In view of HMGs answer of 4 May 1993 c224 c10W, concerning compensation for delays in payment of benefits what are arrangements for informing citizens generally of contents of the Answer & whether the words "without the need for claims for compensation from customers" apply generally or only to the special circumstances referred to.
