- If HMGovt will carry out a thorough investigation of circumstances in which documents were mislaid, causing a prisoners 'request to be repatriated to Germany to complete his sentence' to be delayed until 21 September 1993; if they have informed German authorities of their lapse, and what has been additional cost to taxpayer of this stay.
