What assessment he had made of how many local education authorities and schools in each of these local education authorities communicate with parents in languages other than English in accordance with the recommendations of the Elton Report. - Inc fact that this information is not collected centrally. It is for local authorities & schools to consider the need for communication with parents in languages other than English .
