Which companies are being considered to assist in the project to convert criminal records on to the police national computer; and what is their country of ownership; what stage has been reached in the project to load UK criminal records onto the police national computer; when the project is likely to be completed; what steps are being taken to seek bids for British companies to put criminal records on to the police national computer; & who are the consultants advising on the project to load UK criminal records on to the police national computer.
