What steps she is taking to ensure sensitive and appropriate enforcement of hygiene regulations. - Inc ref to DH statutory code of practice No. 9 & fact that Local Authorities Co-ordinating body on Food & Trading Standards (LACOTS) recently issued circular to all environmental health departments giving advice on enforcement of hygiene requirements (copy in Library).
