Question: Pursuant to his oral Answer of 17th February, Official Report 219, column 313, when was the contact of the Minister of State with his Dutch opposite number to which he referred; which Dutch Minister he contacted; and if the contact was by meeting or by telephone. (Holding answer 24 Feb 1993). My right hon. Friend the Minister for Industry spoke to his opposite number, Mr. Koos Andriessen, the Dutch Economic Affairs Minister, by telephone on 4 Feb 1993.
