On what basis the City Technology College Trust will be given responsibility for school based training of technology teachers; what financial arrangements he has made with the Smallpiece Trust and the City Technology College Trust for their participation in such training; and what is the proposed relationship between institutions of higher education and the trusts in respect of the training carried out.
