- What assessment he has made as to how many hours per week, on average, secondary school students spend on school work at home; and what information he has on the equivalent figures for the United States of America, France, Germany and Japan. - Arrangements for setting homework are left to the discretion of individual schools & LEAs & there is no centrally held info on the time that pupils spend on this.
