- How many proposed new market developments have failed to take place because of (a) injunctions taken out by charter holders or (b) financial demands by charter holders for the granting of their consent & how many & which market charter holders have over last 5 years sought a court injunction to restrain a proposed market within their charter area. - DOE do not have this information.
