What action he will take on the appeal from Scottish Aggregates Ltd against the refusal of planning permission to develop a quarry at Windyhill Farm, Elderslie by Renfrew District Council; what procedures he will apply to ensure that local residents have the opportunity to put their case; what steps he takes to ensure that local elected representatives are kept abreast of the situation.
