- If he will publish a table showing the average percentage increase in allowances, salary or honoraria payable to members of (a) local authorities, (b) health boards, (c) Scottish Homes or its predecessor and (d) other quasi-autonomous non-governmental organisations to which he appoints in each year since 1974; what other types of payment are made. - Inc fact that information about salaries & fees for members of non-departmental public bodies including health boards & Scottish Homes from 1982 is published annually in Public Bodies & other information disproportionate cost. (Holding answer 7 June 1993).
