- If he will list the countries who have contracted to use the European transonic wind tunnel cycle programme; for what amount of time; and at what charge; when European transonic wind tunnel cycle programme will be ready for use; & what access countries outside partnership have to tunnel; who are European partners in European transonic wind tunnel cycle programme; & what is each countrys contribution in cash terms. - Inc tables & fact that partners are UK, France, Germany & Netheerlands.
