- Pursuant to 224 c481W, if she will take steps to ensure that the information on which she and the Medical Advisory Committee consider appeals by doctors against penalties imposed on them is complete and free from errors of fact; and if she will propose amendments to the National Health Service (Service Committees and Tribunal) Regulations to allow the involvement of the original complainant in the process.
