How many houses are owned by local authorities in each of the parliamentary constituencies in Wales; and what proportion of the housing stock theses figures represent; how many holiday or second homes there are in each parliamentary constituency in Wales; what proportion of the housing stock they represent; how many houses in each parliamentary constitutency in Wales are owner-occupied; & what proportion this figure represents of the housing stock. - Inc fact that results from 1991 census will become available towards end of 1993.
