If he will list (a) former honourable Members of this House, (b) former Members of the European Parliament, (c) candidates at any Parliamentary election since 1983 and (d) spouses of honourable Members, Members or the European Parliament, former honourable Members of Parliament of former Members of the European Parliament who have been appointed since January 1987 by his Department to quasi autonomous non governmental organisations, health boards or NHS hospital trusts; and if he will list in each case the title of the post, the salary, the duration of the appointment and the party which each former Member, former MEP, or candidate represented.
