- What representations Her Majesty's Government has made to the Chinese Government about the prisoners of conscience (a) Li Jiayao in Chek Li prison near Guangzhou, (b) Pastor Pei Zhongxun (Chun Chul) imprisoned in Shanghai and (c) Xu Guoxing, leader of the Protestant House Church in Shanghai.
