- When he expects to announce the decisions in respect of the two appeals brought by the Inverclyde District Council against H. L. Friel & Son Limited and Stephen Friel under the terms of the Control of Pollution (Amendment) Act 1989 and the Controlled Waste (Registration of Carriers and Seizure of Vehicles) Regulations 1991. (Holding answer 25 October 1993).
