- If he will list all persons and organisations in Holland with whom arrangements were made by his Department in the period preceding the England versus Holland football match of 13th October with a view to extending the provisions of the Football Spectators (Corresponding Offences in Italy) Order 1990 to cover offences committed in Holland; and if he will make a statement.
