How many charges under (a) section 18 and (b) section 20 of the Offences Against the Person Act 1861 were (i) received by the Crown Prosecution Service from police, (ii) discontinued by the Crown Prosecution Service and (iii) completed in court for each year since the establishment of the Crown Prosecution Service & various other questions relating to prosecutions for offences against the person. - Inc fact that info not collected centrally and could be collected only at disproportionate cost.
