- If he will list, by education authority area, the number of pupils in receipt of (a) free school meals and (b) clothing grants for each year since 1987; and if he will indicate, in each case, what percent this represents of the total number of pupils in each area. - Inc table for January 1992, ref to Statistics of Education (Schools) in Library, fact that information prior to 1989 is not available on a comparable basis & ref to School Meal Statistics at October in Library & fact that information on the number of pupils in receipt of clothing grants is not collected centrally.
