- In the light of request by the Council of Ministers to the Court of Auditors dated 16th March 1992 concerning expenditure by the Community since 1988, how it is proposed to correct the unsatisfactory financial management & administration in the Community disclosed in opinion number 2/92 of the Court of Auditors dated 15th May 1992.
