- How many alleged pit bull terriers are in the custody of police, in what places they are held, & how many have been in detention for more than 6 months & why owners of alleged pit bull terriers taken into possession by the police are refused information as to where they are held, are denied access, & are unable to have them inspected by an independent veterinary surgeon or other responsible person to check on their state of health & condition. - Info not held centrally & could only by obtained at disproportionate cost.
