How many claims for Severe Hardship Payments for 16-17 year-olds were made through the DSS offices in the East & West districts of Nottingham between August 1991 and August 1992, & what proportion of these claims were successful. - Chief Executive of the Benefits Agency will write with information available & copies will be placed in the Library.
