Whether 539 c93WA & 540 c58WA together may be taken as agreement that the Trident missile & warhead will not be tested for safety in Nevada or elsewhere &, if so, whether this increases the change of a nuclear disaster in Scotland. - Ref to 540 c446 & 540 c1169.
