- Whether the Defence Export Services Secretariat was involved with exports to Iraq which are to be examined by Lord Justice Scott & whether it is the case that the head of this Secretariat was Chairman of United Nations Group of Experts on Study on Ways & Means of Promoting Transparency in International Transfers of Conventional Arms.
