- To state annual reduction in No of patients resident, staffed beds in mental hospitals from 1954, how many staffed beds lost in each of 4 mental hospitals approved for closure in 1986 & 1987 & how many will be lost in 11 planned to close in 1989, 1990 & 1991 & how many patients will be affected at each, together with names of hospitals concerned. - Includes tables.
