If he will list by prison establishment for the past 12 months, the number of inmates that have inflicted self-inflicted wounds; and what was the comparative figure for (a) 24 months, (b) 36 months and (c) 48 months previously. - Inc table for 1991 & fact that info for earlier years is not available.
