If he will estimate the proportion of the existing United Kingdom stock of dwellings that lack (a) draught stripping to doors and windows, (b) insulation to hot water cylinder, (c) roof insulation, (d) cavity wall or solid wall insulation, (e) floor insulation and (f) double glazing. - Table given.
