- If he will now confirm the approval in principle given by his Department on 13th February to the Dart Harbour and Navigation Authority and subsequently submitted by them on form FHG2 with updated tender prices and site investigation and design supervision fees for the upgrading of the commercial fleet moorings at Kingswear, South Devon.
