- Whether Coopers and Lybrand, at the request of Leeds Western Health Authority, carried out an investigation into possible financial loss to the National Health Service arising out of the fraud in 1988 and 1989 on the Interleukin-6 research project in the Leeds General Infirmary; whether the internal auditors of the health authority have investigated the possible financial loss. - Inc fact that no investigation was carried out either by Coopers & Lybrand or the internal auditors.
