How many parties to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty called for the negotiation of a comprehensive nuclear test ban treaty at the Non-Proliferation Treaty Review Conference 1990. - National positions of NPT parties at the 1990 review conference are set out in part III of the conferences final document (copy in Library).
