- If he will list the out-of-town shopping centres and hypermarkets developed within each local authority area in Wales during the last two years; what proportion of supermarkets & hypermarkets in Wales are currently located out of town, in urban areas adjacent to the town centre & within the town/city centre; how many empty shops there are at present within each urban settlement in Wales; & what were the equivalent figures for each of the past five years. - This information is not held centrally.
