- What consideration he has given to (a) the resolution of the European Parliament on freedom of education, dated 14th March 1984, (b) the right to education in Article 1(b) of the Declaration of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms of 12th April 1989, and (c) Article 63 of the concluding document of the Vienna meeting of the conference on Security and Co-operation in Europe, dated 15th January 1989, in drawing up his policy on the funding of Rudolf Steiner Education in Rudolf Steiner Schools.
