- How many past Secretaries of State were approached through their private offices about Dr Kypros Loucas & his treatment of psychiatric patients; to set up an independent inquiry into activities of Dr Loucas with a view to publishing a report; to how many internal DH inquiries Dr Loucas consultant psychiatrist has been subject & what action has been taken against Dr Loucas following Mental Health Act Commissions reports to her Dept. (Wrongly attributed to Mr Blunkett in Daily Part).
