Mr. Austin Mitchell: To ask the Secretary of State for Transport how many British-registered fishing vessels are (a) British-owned, (b) Spanish-owned, (c) Dutch-owned, (d) owned by other countries; and if he will list the foreign-owned vessels by port or register.
