- If corporal punishment will be permitted, or specifically prohibited, in all categories of institution able to provide nursery education under new funding arrangements, including: maintained nursery schools; nursery classes in maintained and grant grant-maintained schools; private nursery schools; nursery depts/classes in independent schools; playgroups and local authority day nurseries.
