Mr Pawsey: To ask the Secretary of State for Health if he will make a statement about clinical services at St. Cross hospital at Rugby. [19175] Mr. Malone: The delivery of safe and effective clinical services is a matter for health authorities and trusts which are best placed to take into account local needs and circumstances.
