How many current capital projects at museums and galleries are supported by government resources. - Including figures. (Failed OPQ).
Answer

Mr. French: To ask the Secretary of State for National Heritage how many current capital projects at museums and galleries are supported by Government resources. [16714] Mr. Sproat: There are currently 27 projects supported by Government resources at the museums and galleries directly funded by my Department. These projects, costing £54 million, are supported by £30 million of Government funding, which is additional to the massive injection of lottery funds into museums and galleries throughout the UK; so far, lottery grants of more than £400 million have been announced.
