Mr. Mackinlay: To ask the Lord President of the Council what functions he discharges in relation to the dissolution of Parliament. [13378] Mr. Newton: In my capacity as Lord President, I would expect to attend the meeting of the Privy Council at which the Proclamation dissolving Parliament is signed.
