Mr. Harry Greenway: To ask the Lord President of the Council what plans he has to bring forward measures to change voting procedures; and if he will make a statement. [17796] Mr. Newton: I have no such plans; but my hon. Friend may wish to draw any concerns or suggestions he may have to the attention of the Procedure Committee.
