Mrs. Ewing: To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland when he will announce a commencement date for the construction of the A96 Keith bypass. [12907] Lord James Douglas-Hamilton: My right hon. Friend made the necessary road orders for the proposed Keith bypass on 19 December 1996. The project's commencement date will depend on the availability of resources and its priority relative to other projects.
