Laurence Robertson: To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment if he will make a statement on the future of funding for modern apprenticeships. [21957] Dr. Howells: My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State announced on 9 December that we are making available an extra £10 million for Modern Apprenticeships next year, enough to fund 10,000 places more than previously planned.
