Mr. David Marshall: To ask the President of the Board of Trade when she expects to announce his decision on the Monopolies and Mergers Commission report relating to the First Bus operations in Glasgow; and if she will make a statement. [22120] Mr. Nigel Griffiths: My right hon. Friend is considering the Director General of Fair Trading's advice on FirstBus's request for a review of the decision of the then Minister for Corporate and Consumer Affairs following the Monopolies and Mergers Commission report on FirstBus's acquisition of S. B. Holdings. She will announce her decision on FirstBus's request as quickly as is practicable.
