Mr. Rhodri Morgan: to ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will place in the Library a copy of the Stoner Report into the latest proposals for horizontal groundwater drainage wells in the areas affected by the impoundment of the lake behind the Cardiff Bay Barrage. [21813] Mr. Ron Davies: This report has now been considered by my Department and I will arrange for a copy to be placed in the Library as soon as possible.
