Mr. Charles Kennedy: To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what is the timetable for his Department's consideration of the Urquhart Castle planning application; and if he will make a statement. [19738] Mr. Dewar: I am currently considering Historic Scotland's Notice of Proposed Development for improved visitor facilities at Urquhart Castle and expect to reach a decision in the near future on how this proposal is to be processed.
