Mr. Howard: To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he and the Prime Minister were present throughout each session of the IGC at Amsterdam. [20474] Mr. Doug Henderson: My right hon. Friends the Foreign Secretary and the Prime Minister were present at each session of the IGC at Amsterdam. Inevitably one or other had to leave the room from time to time, but at no time were both absent.
